Dynamic Teams™ Business Solutions

 About Susan Whitman

Susan enjoys creating enthusiasm and support for tackling obstacles to success. As a facilitator she actively seeks opportunities to help individuals and groups achieve their maximum potential. She provides an environment of openness and respect for diversity. Susan is in tune with the subtle nature of human communication, including the importance of humor in stress reduction. Due to her interest in human interaction, she was prompted to sell her successful floral company in Pacific Grove, California after thirteen years and to launch Dynamic Teams in 1992.

Susan has made Relationship Awareness Theory™ the cornerstone of her custom designed seminars and workshops for all her clients. In 1996 she was certified as a Master Trainer for the Personal Strengths Publishing Company, Inc.

Susan's concern for the community is reflected in her record of public service, which includes terms on the Monterey County Overall Economic Development Commission, the Pacific Grove City Council, the Monterey Bay Division of the League of California Cities, and a gubernatorial appointment to the Board of Directors of the Monterey County Fair. She has helped provide leadership to area Chambers of Commerce and other professional organizations.

She has been honored as the Business and Professional Women's Club 1989 "Woman of the Year", "Housing Advocate of 1990" by the Monterey/Carmel Council of Real Estate Boards, and "Woman of Achievement" by the Soroptomists of the Monterey Peninsula.

What they say about Susan:

  • "We have been using Susan Whitman as our consultant for two years now and she has provided some of the best training we have had. She introduced us to the Strength Deployment Inventory which has been an effective tool to create our own internal 'language' and has had the most lasting impact of any training tool we have used." Steve Kelsay, Owner Interim Personnel Fresno, Bakersfied, Madera & Selma, California
  • "You very skillfully brought out the main areas of disagreement among the Board members. The presence of a 'third party' had the effect of keeping the meeting 'calm,' avoiding the extreme expressions that had plagued earlier meetings, while focusing on the main issues that divided the Board. The process was well worth the cost in money and time." George R. Brewer, Carmel Highlands Fire District
  • "Through your process, the group was able to bring out the dialogue and issues needed for the partnership discussion to go forward and through your efforts we were able to achieve trust and understanding of each of our organizations."Linda Asbury, San Jose Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce
